  • Sr. Principal Scrum Master (level 4): High school diploma with 12 years of experience OR bachelor’s degree with 8+ years OR master’s degree with 6+ years
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Expertise with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
