Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Science
• Five (5) years of combined experience in process, product, manufacturing, or capital project engineering
• Current, valid Driver’s License
• Eight (8) or more years of combined work experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain or R&D
• Experience in cable accessories manufacturing
• Experience in new product scale up and launch
• Experience leading and supporting global teams
• Proficiency in continuous improvement problem solving methodologies
• Experience using statistics to analyze and improve processes
• Experience leading capital equipment installation and scale-up projects
• Experience product engineering and support
• Demonstrated project management, facilitation, communication, influencing, teaching and coaching skills
