• You will work alongside ES executive leadership to set strategic research priorities and leverage best-in-class technology to analyze and derive insights from employee data.
• Stay current with trends in people analytics, particularly in the realms of "agentic" talent, workforce transformation, and organizational research, to maintain a competitive advantage.
