  • The Sr. Customer Service Rep. is responsible for order processing and related administrative activities, managing customer interactions via phone and email to address inquiries, process sales orders, document complaints, and resolve service issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, analyze recurring problems, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance processes, products, and the overall customer experience.
  • You will join our Customer Support Team, reporting directly to the CAS Manager, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service that supports the growth of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics.
