Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years managed care experience
  • 2 years healthcare administration experience
  • Direct provider communication experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and BCBSIL private business
  • Extensive knowledge of contracts, applications, and products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
