Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10 years facilities management experience
7 years supervisory capacity in property management
5 years service-related quality improvement experience
OSHA and Joint Commission compliance knowledge
Budget development and management skills
MS Office Suite proficiency including Project and Visio
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
CHFM certification preferred
Experience in hospital or multi-tenant facility settings
Strong executive communication and influence skills
Ability to lead complex parallel projects
Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, property management, or related field
