As an HR Manager, you will provide expert HR advice to operational managers, assisting them with all aspects of human resource management while ensuring compliance with legal and conventional rules.
You will be responsible for detecting and analyzing needs, implementing the appropriate recruitment process for store positions, and initiating, planning, executing, and coordinating HR projects at a national level.
This itinerant position requires frequent travel and involves managing disciplinary, litigation, and contentious cases, as well as anticipating and resolving social conflicts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
