Job Summary

  • Responsible for analyzing system performance to ensure optimal processing efficiency and works closely with IT Technical and Application Support teams in identifying and resolving processing issues.
  • Creates and maintains various analytical reports utilized by both technical and business owners, supports all Business Continuity activities, and provides operational support for all conversion/deconversion activities.
  • Engages, escalates, and communicates notifications as needed to level 3 technical support, management, and critical incident management, and opens and manages bridge calls for technical teams.

Key Requirements
