Job Summary
Design mechanical and electrical components for GE's Dead Tank High-Voltage (HV) circuit breaker products using CREO Wildfire and analyzing with ANSYS and MC3.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers, and draftsmen to ensure project milestones, product specifications, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
Plan and oversee type tests according to IEEE and IEC standards, develop action plans for issue resolution, and maintain Bills of Materials in SAP.

Five (5) years of progressive work experience
Experience with CREO 3D CAD software
Experience with Windchill software
Experience with ANSYS simulation software
Experience with SAP software
Experience with Power testing of dead tank circuit breakers
Experience with Dielectric testing and environmental testing
Experience with AMESIM or MC3 simulation software
Experience with SF6 and alternative insulating gases
