Job Summary
Be the technical authority on the floor — mentoring technicians, validating diagnostics, and signing off on complex repairs that put aircraft back in operation.
Effectively communicate work status to team members and support staff (e.g. Tier meetings, shift pass down, engineering, maintenance).
