The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of C-IMP methodologies, and experience with AI integration to optimize processes. **

Job Summary

  • Develop the Cluster C-IMP roadmap, which would enhance the Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) mindset and knowledge within the organization, minimising inefficiency (remove wastes) and ensure maximum impact on bottom lines (improve efficiency savings over cost base) while leveraging AI.
  • Lead key improvement projects that involve multiple cross-functional stakeholders in commercial/operations, entities or corporate functions within the Cluster.
  • Work with employees at all levels of the organisation to develop a C-IMP mindset through regular and ongoing initiatives and activities.
