Key Requirements
Graduate of ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy Degree
PGY1 residency training OR 3 years applicable experience
AR licensure or eligible for licensure
Pharm.D. Board Certified in applicable area (preferred)
5 years applicable experience (preferred)
