This position will work with business lines to evaluate whether identified restricted prospective customers fit within our risk appetite, within the current BSA/AML/OFAC program, and if programmatic gaps are identified to develop an onboarding and monitoring program that meets regulatory expectations for a strong BSA/AML program for approval

Job Summary

  • This position will work with business lines to evaluate whether identified restricted prospective customers fit within our risk appetite, within the current BSA/AML/OFAC program, and if programmatic gaps are identified to develop an onboarding and monitoring program that meets regulatory expectations for a strong BSA/AML program for approval.
  • This position recommends expansion of current program requirements when appropriate and works closely with other BSA/AML Leaders to enhance procedures, technology, and monitoring rules to engage newer customer types.

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years BSA experience
  • program development for higher risk customers
  • Experience with BaaS, cryptocurrency, FinTech
  • CAMS certified or in process
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
