  • The Store Manager is responsible for the effective operating, running and achievement to budget of their store/s through effective leadership and management of their teams and developing an exceptional customer centric culture.
  • The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that team/s are inspired and empowered to deliver the achievement of sales, key performance indicators and customer service aligned with our vision to ensure that each customer’s needs are met through our products/services and they are achieving a good night’s sleep.
