Must-have
3-9 years Human Capital consulting experience
Full HR M&A project lifecycle knowledge
Post-merger integration and carve-outs expertise
Proficiency in Workday and SAP SuccessFactors
Strong Excel, Presentation, and Power BI skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with Culture, Actuarial, and Equity knowledge
International knowledge of mergers and acquisitions
Experience supporting HR Due Diligence assignments
Prior consulting firm background
Knowledge of Union relations and labor compliance
Key Requirements
Master's or MBA degree in HR or similar field
Conversant with at least one full HR M&A project lifecycle
Understanding of legal and regulatory environment for employee rewards
Ability to assess post-merger scenarios and recommend integration approaches
