• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum of five years of audit experience
• Big Four exposure preferred
• Strong knowledge of operational processes
• Demonstrated project management capabilities
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Fluency in an Asian language desirable
• Willingness to travel internationally 30%
• Experience with SAP ERP is an advantage
• Professional qualifications such as CPA and CIA are preferred
