Base: $129,000.00 - $203,100.00; Bonus/Equity: eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, compassionate and sick days

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Physical Science or related technical discipline
10+ years in environmental protection and/or safety experience
Experience managing people, projects, or teams
Demonstrated performance in a highly regulated industry
