Key Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Strong experience in Learning and Development and/or Human Resources
  • Experience in a similar role within a complex or global organisation
  • Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and facilitating training programs
  • Eligible to hold an AGSVA security clearance
  • Must hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance
