Key Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
Strong experience in Learning and Development and/or Human Resources
Experience in a similar role within a complex or global organisation
Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and facilitating training programs
Eligible to hold an AGSVA security clearance
Must hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance
