Job Summary
Provide & maintain a safe work environment and demonstrate leadership with all company & industry safe work processes to prevent injuries.
Provide direction to the staff of the HYCO Steam Methane Reformer unit and ancillary equipment, operating the unit when required and providing guidance during startups, shutdowns, and emergencies.
Build the plant technical capability through support coordination and provide coaching and motivation to the operations team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations
associate technical degree (2 year certificate) with experience
10 years’ experience
4+ years in line supervision
Proven coordination experience in multi-team environment
Knowledge of local environmental and health and safety requirements
