Job Summary
The Field Supervisor identifies, directs, and verifies work while ensuring effective operations and maintenance of the infrastructure network.
This role requires daily supervision of technicians and subcontractors to ensure preventative maintenance is performed on schedule and service calls are completed within allotted times.
As a leader in safety, the Field Supervisor must set the example for teams by conducting inspections, toolbox talks, and eliminating hazards before continuing work.
