PATH is seeking a Consultant Technical Advisor for Digital Payment Systems to provide expert oversight and quality assurance for inclusive payment projects funded by the Gates Foundation. The role requires extensive experience in instant payment systems and aims to ensure technical deliverables meet international standards while being feasible within local contexts.

Job Summary
PATH is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor with deep expertise in instant payment systems to provide independent technical oversight and quality assurance support for the development of governance and operational frameworks for Inclusive & Instant Payment Systems.
The Advisor will function as a technical reviewer, risk assessor, and strategic sounding board, ensuring rigour, coherence, and value for money across all IIPS-related deliverables.
The engagement is for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of contract signature, with an estimated level of effort of 10–40 hours per month.
