The Annual Giving Operations Specialist provides strategic systems management and operational leadership in support of university-wide fundraising initiatives.
This position serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert of core fundraising platforms, mass communication tools, reporting, and seamless integration of data within the Blackbaud CRM.
By ensuring data integrity and optimizing digital workflows, this position directly enables the team to raise over $5M+ annually across major campaigns while enhancing the donor experience.
