Job Summary

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups and collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients and perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
• 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience
• Phlebotomy certification from accredited agency
• Pass a standardized color blindness test
