Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Successful candidates will receive up to $22 per hour which includes a weekend shift differential, along with access to same-day pay via PayActiv.
  • As a member of the PACS network, employees have the opportunity to work PRN across eight facilities regionally after onboarding.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living
  • Report changes in resident condition to nurse
  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
  • Perform vital signs monitoring including TPRs
  • Ensure resident safety and prevent bedsores

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with PCC preferred
  • Compassion for vulnerable population

Key Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid CNA certification in good standing in PA
  • Minimum 10th grade education
  • Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws
