Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Hands-on wire harness assembly experience
Technical training in production environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Cross-department collaboration
Nice-to-have
Experience in aerospace and defense manufacturing
Proficiency with ERP/MES systems
Digital training documentation skills
Ability to foster supportive learning environment
Key Requirements
8+ years wire harness assembly experience
3+ years as Technical Trainer in production
IPC/WHMA-A-620 training certification or equivalent
