Kalispell Assisted Living is seeking a full-time Medication Aide/Certified Caregiver to assist in administering medications to residents under guidance from nursing staff. The role requires specific certifications and training, with a focus on medication safety and compliance with established policies

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing staff and the Director of Nursing Services.
  • You will participate in quality assurance programs and facility committees to improve medication processes and ensure accuracy and safety.
  • The role requires maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information and cooperating with inter-departmental personnel to meet residents’ needs.
