  • This position is responsible for all human resource generalist functions to include recruiting, employee relations, compensation administration, position description development, compliance, and investigations.
  • In addition to HR Generalist responsibilities this position will have a emphasis on training and development of HR related curriculum.
  • The expected base pay range for this position is $90,000– $110,000 and this position is eligible for a bonus.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field
  • 5 - 8 years’ experience in HR Generalist functions
  • Strong recruitment experience required
  • Experience utilizing HRIS, ATS, and other HR systems
  • Experience in Affirmative Action Plans
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
