This role involves supervision of all Rehabilitation personnel, interviewing, hiring, firing, training, and development of staff, and implementing new programs to meet clinical and operational needs.
The DOR holds administrative authority and accountability for overseeing the clinical and operational delivery of rehabilitative services, ensuring high quality and adherence to standards of practice.

Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and / or Speech Language Pathology
Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, OT or PT Assistant, and or Speech Language Therapist
CPR certification, if required by licensure
Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
