Key Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and / or Speech Language Pathology
  • Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, OT or PT Assistant, and or Speech Language Therapist
  • CPR certification, if required by licensure
  • Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
