The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL, Oracle, Linux, and API, along with a deep understanding of the banking domain, particularly in Indian requirements
Job Summary
Application Support engineer to provide L2 support experience in banking domain, for Retail banking onboarding systems (CASA/TD/Deposits), Business Rule Engine (BRE), SQL, ORACLE, Linux, API, troubleshooting, application monitoring, log checking, Incident management & resolution, fine tuning, root cause analysis, scripting and automation skills.
4 to 8 years experience in providing L2 application support for retail banking applications.
Work closely with the business and IT teams to analyse business requirements, analyse and resolve production issues, root cause analysis, identify automation scope etc.
