This role leads upgrades and complex projects, develops disaster recovery procedures, and ensures storage infrastructure supports all hosting environments while meeting service level agreements.
The position requires collaboration with internal and external clients, vendors, and operations teams to optimize performance and resolve issues.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 6 years system administration experience
Preferred 8 years in highly available enterprise environments
Experience with IBM, Hitachi, Brocade, EMC/Dell systems
Knowledge of UNIX and Windows Servers
Experience in payments industry administration preferred
