Job Summary

• The VP, Advisory and Contract Execution sits within the Global ACE team within TD Securities and is responsible for preparing, negotiating and managing a portfolio of capital markets and trading legal agreements with global counterparties.
• This client-facing role supports deal origination and execution of ISDA/CSA, with a focus on rates/ commodity/precious metals documentation, while ensuring alignment with legal, risk and regulatory frameworks.
