• You will be establishing and maintaining capability development programs for EL Operations which support our journey towards world-class Operations as well as provides our employees with state-of-the-art learning and knowledge management tools and processes.
• Your mission will consist of co-designing and implementing trainings through agile, modern digital learning solutions with outstanding results that enhance our employees’ performance, well-being, and collaboration.
• This is a role which enables you to grow your knowledge broadly within Operations and in the field of continuing education and learning in a global, international environment.
