Must-have
Helpdesk or desktop support experience in enterprise environment
Extensive PC software/hardware and Windows OS knowledge
Networking technology exposure including TCP/IP LAN WAN
Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills
Willingness to travel to customer sites for onsite support
Nice-to-have
Data centre experience
Programming knowledge
Commercial acumen and urgency management
Ability to work flexible evening and weekend schedules
Hindi language proficiency alongside English
