Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years Salesforce Administrator experience
Sales Cloud certification required
Lightning and Flow creation experience
Global organization experience preferred
User license and profile management
Nice-to-have
ITIL Foundation certificate or experience
Agile best practices for application development
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Experience with Salesforce integrations
Self-motivated team player
