The BIPOC Residence Programming Assistant will focus on supporting BIPOC students and student-staff through their experience in residence which includes but is not limited to: creating an engaging and inclusive space for BIPOC students and staff, developing a sense of community and inclusion between BIPOC students, student-staff, and residence, providing social and educational learning activities for all students in residence with particular focus on anti-racism and racially affirming supports

Job Summary

  • The BIPOC Residence Programming Assistant will focus on supporting BIPOC students and student-staff through their experience in residence which includes but is not limited to: creating an engaging and inclusive space for BIPOC students and staff, developing a sense of community and inclusion between BIPOC students, student-staff, and residence, providing social and educational learning activities for all students in residence with particular focus on anti-racism and racially affirming supports.
  • The position is paid at a rate of $ 17.60 /hr and will work up to 35 hours a week from May to the end of Welcome Week.
