Job Summary
The Facilities Coordinator will assist the Senior Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting, finance, maintenance, operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.
Effectively manage relationship to meet on-site client’s expectations, management of ‘soft services’ and additional services provided to the client, and vendor and contract management including meetings as required.
