Job Summary

  • The Facilities Coordinator will assist the Senior Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting, finance, maintenance, operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.
  • Effectively manage relationship to meet on-site client’s expectations, management of ‘soft services’ and additional services provided to the client, and vendor and contract management including meetings as required.
