Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years healthcare facility maintenance experience
  • Multi-skilled in HVAC and electrical systems
  • Valid US Driver's License required
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission regulations
  • Ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet

Nice-to-have

  • Proficiency with Corrigo CMMS software
  • Understanding of Building Automation Systems
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience with energy cost-saving initiatives

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma plus trade/vocational schooling or apprenticeship
  • Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare plant engineering
  • Multi-skilled expertise in at least two craft areas
  • Valid US Driver's License
