Key Requirements

  • 15+ years related business experience
  • 10+ years sales and multi-level management experience
  • 5+ years Retail Banking, Mortgage, or Business Banking experience
  • Experience with Affluent/High Net Worth customers, mortgage, business banking, and DeNovo branches
  • Proven multi-site and multi-level management experience
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent required
  • Master's degree preferred
