Must-have
2-5+ years backend engineering experience
Production experience in Go programming
Distributed system architecture design
gRPC and REST/JSON API design at scale
SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL database management
Kubernetes deployment and scaling
Cloud infrastructure exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Nice-to-have
Python tooling and data workflows
GraphQL experience
Terraform infrastructure as code
Monolith to microservice transitions
Load testing and chaos engineering
Ecommerce or fintech background
Strong debugging instincts with flame graphs
Key Requirements
