Job Summary
The primary focus of this role will be on the documentation of business processes, conducting workshops to gather requirements, producing process maps and standard operating procedure including controls.
In this role, the individual will work with key stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and risks and recommend improvements that align with the business objectives.
Manage the internal project resource, in terms of providing mentoring and development, co-ordinating and prioritising tasks, ensuring quality of documentation and that project deadlines are achieved.
