Job Summary

  • The primary focus of this role will be on the documentation of business processes, conducting workshops to gather requirements, producing process maps and standard operating procedure including controls.
  • In this role, the individual will work with key stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and risks and recommend improvements that align with the business objectives.
  • Manage the internal project resource, in terms of providing mentoring and development, co-ordinating and prioritising tasks, ensuring quality of documentation and that project deadlines are achieved.
