As the manager of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for supervising evening operations from 1p.m.–11p.m. (weekends as needed), ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen and FOH, maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment, and developing and maintaining standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
