  • The Manager of Work Management is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and continuous improvement of AES Indiana’s work planning and scheduling functions.
  • This role oversees the Work Scheduler team responsible for planning field work, coordinating material procurement, arranging underground locates, and communicating execution plans to construction crews.
  • Provides leadership and oversight for the organization’s Project Management function, ensuring capital and operational projects are executed in alignment with company priorities, budgets, and schedules.
