The Manager of Work Management is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and continuous improvement of AES Indiana’s work planning and scheduling functions.
This role oversees the Work Scheduler team responsible for planning field work, coordinating material procurement, arranging underground locates, and communicating execution plans to construction crews.
Provides leadership and oversight for the organization’s Project Management function, ensuring capital and operational projects are executed in alignment with company priorities, budgets, and schedules.
