This position provides trauma-informed and supportive regional oversight to IRC offices with Home Study and Post Release Services programs, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to best practices.

Key Requirements
master’s degree with three years relevant experience or bachelor’s with five years
experience in family reunification, home assessment, or child welfare preferred
must pass criminal background check including FBI fingerprints and child abuse checks
ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
experience providing Home Study and Post-Release Services case management
