Salary

Base: $193,200 - $289,800 USD (McLean, VA); Additional US locations: $174,800 - $314,400 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years managing engineering managers
  • 5+ years building and managing engineering teams
  • 10+ years experience in object-oriented design and development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required due to federal contracts
