• Serve as the point of contact for geotechnical related issues and inquiries in the western United States and Hawaiian electricity markets.
• Responsible for developing global company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Scope of Work (SOW), and Technical Specification documents related to geotechnical investigations, 5% to Issued for Construction (IFC) design, and construction operations.

• 4 years of professional experience
• 4 years in civil, geotechnical, cut/fill analysis, road design
• Field experience on large civil projects
• US Civil Engineering standards and codes
• Field experience with pile load testing
• AutoCAD and Bluebeam (Revu)
• 2 years in PV, Substation, Battery Energy Storage System design
