As an Associate on the Shareholder Advisory team, you will assume significant responsibility and work directly with senior bankers and clients on live and preparatory mandates.
Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ financial and strategic vulnerabilities, shareholder bases, and corporate governance profiles to identify potential activist risks.
Provide real-time advice during shareholder activism and hostile M&A mandates, including tactic monitoring and preparation of key response documents.
