Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 3 years experience in regulated manufacturing training
  • Strong understanding of ISO and OSHA compliance standards
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience developing SOPs and e-learning modules

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing or MedTech
  • OSHA 30, Six Sigma, or TWI certifications
  • Familiarity with Compliance Wire and ETQ systems
  • Ability to lead a learning and development team
  • Fluency in a second language other than English

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of training experience in manufacturing
  • Bachelor's degree required in HR, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management
