Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
3 years experience in regulated manufacturing training
Strong understanding of ISO and OSHA compliance standards
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience developing SOPs and e-learning modules
Nice-to-have
Experience in electronics manufacturing or MedTech
OSHA 30, Six Sigma, or TWI certifications
Familiarity with Compliance Wire and ETQ systems
Ability to lead a learning and development team
Fluency in a second language other than English
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of training experience in manufacturing
Bachelor's degree required in HR, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management
Full on-site attendance required in Santa Clara, California
