Job Summary

  • The Finance Specialist Dealer Support is responsible for dealer financial analysis, leading projects to support financial health, managing dealer credit and receivables, protecting company assets, and making improvement recommendations which contribute to financially sound and successful dealer operations.
  • Supporting dealer profitability and financial health in the LATAM District, analyzing confidential financial reports, and evaluating the financial strength of Caterpillar dealers in assigned region(s).
  • Trains, coaches, and mentors new Finance Reps and district/region staff, and represents the Finance Director when needed.
