Responsibilities include assisting lead teachers in developing and implementing programs that promote cognitive, language, emotional, social, and physical development, supporting high-quality, tuition-free, Montessori-inspired programs.

Key Requirements
Four years of professional experience as an aide, assistant, or lead teacher
Two years of experience AND an associate’s degree
Bachelor’s degree
Primary Montessori teaching credential or on track within two years
