You will work within the eCommerce team to be the friendly voice our business customers hear when they contact us.
The role involves understanding eCommerce products, including technical specifications, and communicating this to customers while managing risk activities.
We offer a rotating roster between 7am and 7pm Monday to Sunday with an on-call allowance and flexibility to work from home.
